Does Xion hold my money?
No. Xion runs on your PC and connects to your own MetaTrader 5 account at your broker. Your broker holds your funds; Xion only places and manages trades. You can stop or close everything at any moment.
How does the license work?
You buy a key that's valid for a period (week, month, year, or lifetime) and a set number of devices. The bot validates the key online on startup and periodically. Renewing extends your existing key — you don't get a new one.
Can I run it on more than one computer?
Yes — up to your plan's device limit. Each machine registers a unique device id when you activate. To move to a new PC, free a slot from your account page, then activate on the new machine.
What's the AI copilot?
On AI plans, a Claude-powered assistant reads your live charts, answers questions, sizes trades, and can place, schedule and close them on request. It runs on our servers — nothing extra to install on your machine.
How do I pay?
USDT on BEP-20 or ERC-20 (detected automatically on-chain), or card via Paystack. Your key is issued the moment payment confirms — no manual steps.
Will it definitely make money?
No bot can guarantee profit, and anyone who promises that is lying. Trading is risky and you can lose money. Xion is a disciplined, risk-managed tool — always test on a demo account first and only risk what you can afford to lose.
Which markets does it trade?
Gold (XAUUSD), Bitcoin, US30 and major FX pairs — whichever you enable. It watches them all simultaneously, each with its own strategy logic and spread guard.
How do updates work?
Xion checks for new versions automatically and shows you whether the update is major or minor, with a changelog. Download the new build from your dashboard or the Download page when prompted.
